Booking
Where can I book?
North Wing and South Wing are currently booked separately through Airbnb. Reservations and payments are not processed on the MOKUGO website.
Where can I check rates and availability?
Enter your dates and number of guests on the Airbnb page for the wing you prefer. The information shown there is the current information at the time of booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please review the cancellation terms on the relevant Airbnb page before confirming your reservation. We do not reproduce a fixed policy on this website.
The two wings
How are North Wing and South Wing different?
Both are independent private houses with two bedrooms and an upstairs living floor. They differ subtly in light, bedroom arrangement, and the way the furniture sits in the rooms. Compare the photographs on each wing page.
Arrival and parking
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Is parking available?
One complimentary parking space is provided directly in front of each wing. Contact us in advance if you plan to bring a second vehicle. Parking also ends at 10:00 AM on check-out day.
Do I need to collect a key?
No key collection is required. After identity verification, entry instructions will be provided through your booking platform's messaging system before arrival.
Facilities and the stay
Can I cook?
Yes. The house has a kitchen, cookware, and tableware. The fish grill is not available for use.
Can I do laundry?
Yes. A washing machine and dryer are provided.
Is smoking permitted?
No. The buildings, grounds, and balconies are entirely non-smoking, including e-cigarettes and heated tobacco products.
Can I bring a pet?
We are unable to accommodate pets.
Are there quiet-hour guidelines?
From 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM, please close the windows, balcony doors, and curtains, and refrain from conversation outside. MOKUGO is a house in a residential part of the castle town; thank you for considering our neighbours.
